How Jesus Caught Me
I sit here as a Pentecostal believer who was born again in 2019, shocked by how quickly Jesus upended my life. I did not grow up thinking I would ever be called a seer, yet in prayer the Holy Spirit started opening my spiritual eyes. Visions, impressions, and scriptures began to line up, and I realized God was not playing games with my attention anymore. My whole life turned toward one simple focus, stand with Jesus today, without conditions.
Visions in the Bible
As I wrestled with what I was seeing, the Spirit kept pulling me back into scripture. Acts 2 speaks of sons and daughters prophesying, Joel 2 promises dreams and visions, and Daniel 2:21 shows God raising and removing leaders. Psalm 25:9 says He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them His way. I realized seer language is not weird fringe talk, it is the Bible describing how God still reaches stubborn hearts like mine.
Faith Over Allegiance
One night in prayer, asking God about Trump and Iran, the Holy Spirit answered with a sentence that burned in me, You cannot stand with Jesus and with Trump at the same time. Out of that came the bumper sticker. Passages like 2 Timothy 3:1-5 helped me see the clash between Christ's character and proud, brutal leadership. My call is not to make you hate a man, it is to push you to choose your first love, Jesus.
